Here's my suggestion for the new namespace. This is what I'm tentatively
looking at using using for new the lucene code we're working on GEODE-11, but
it's easy to change.
http://geode.incubator.apache.org/schema/cache
We will want to add the xsds to this location when we release, eg
http://geode.incubator.apache.org/schema/cache/cache-1.0.xsd
