Summary: Add logging to war file discovery

Various war files are used by Geode for admin and REST APIs and Pulse. These
wars could be located in different locations so we should log where each
relevant war is found.
One of the methods in AgentUtil logs a warning level message for the relevant
war file. This can be turned down to info.
