We need a framework for integration testing clients/WAN from old versions with
new versions to ensure that we haven't broken anything.
The framework should fit in with our existing unit test framework, if possible.
For example, it should be possible to create a cluster of current-version
servers and then have another JVM running an older version interact with those
servers.
