hi [~mike.jumper] ,this issue still occurs in guacamole version 0.9.14 and 
1.0.0 now. It looks like it has not been fixed yet.

 I have tested both in Guacamole native and Guacamole Docker version 0.9.14 and 
1.0.0 . When I copy multi-line text from Chrome on MacOS (or windows 7) and 
paste in notepad in windows server 2012(or windows 7) through guacamole 
clipboard (or direct clipboard integration), all CR are stripped out of the 
pasted text .
