Michael Jumper commented on GUACAMOLE-819:
------------------------------------------

The documentation states this, yes, but the extension does not enforce that
length. It will only complain and refuse to load if you don't provide the
required keys at all. I'll update this issue from that perspective (that the
documentation is incorrect), but I don't believe there is any issue within the
extension itself. If Duo is not working for you, it is not because of the
documented lengths.

If you are sure your secret and integration keys are correct but things are
still not working, I suggest posting to the u...@guacamole.apache.org list. We
can help troubleshoot there.

> Been trying to integrate the DUO authentication into Guacamole following the
> guacamole instructions and it was not working. Got the guac login screen, log
> in and would not be prompted with a DUO authentication.
> On closer inspection and double checking my config. I have spotted that
> Guacamole in its instructions is stating the DUO secret key must be 20
> characters. The DUO provided key is now 40 characters.
> Is guac coded to only work with 20 character as a limit in the secret key
> field length.
