RDPSND, RDPDR, and arbitrary SVC remain. I'm approaching the arbitrary SVC
support first, as I expect it will serve as a good reference for the conversion
of the others.
CLIPRDR is only functioning in the server->client direction for unknown
reasons. That will need to be addressed along with the rest of the regression
tests that will be needed here, given how much code this is touching.
Confirmation with valgrind that the migration hasn't introduced any memory
leaks will also be needed.
