I'm experiencing the same problem.
I use Proxmox to virtualize the windows 10 machines and the debian 11 server
where Guacamole is installed.
After 30 - 45 minutes of work the shortcuts stop working (in all programs).
Debian server details:
*Debian 11
* VM with 2 cores and 2048 RAM.
*Guacamole installed with the script:
[https://github.com/MysticRyuujin/guac-install]
If there is more information that might help, I am available.
Update:
The biggest complaint from our users is that the ctrl+c shortcut stops working.
I noticed today that ctrl+c "turns" into fn+F12 after 30 -45 minutes of use.
