Hi,
In a previous Jira Issue, someone did a fork and commit for the canadian french
keymap, but never did a PR.
I use a Canadian French keyboard, and the keymap he did looks valid to me

Ill see if I can do a PR myself, but if someone with more experience with the
Guacamole contributing process could do it, I believe that would be better.
EDIT : So I've been able to open a PR for Kaven's commit onto my
guacamole-server fork, so I could do the PR into the official repo. But I would
