The {{mouse_mask}} value used by the Guacamole terminal to track the current
mouse button state is not properly initialized to zero when the terminal is
allocated. This can randomly result in the first mouse event on the connection
being interpreted as a click, even though no mouse buttons have actually been
pressed.
