I'm able to see the content at
https://authentik.ourcoolhive.com/application/o/guacamole/jwks/ by viewing it
with my browser, as well. It'd be interesting to see what your IdP is seeing
that's leading it to return a specific HTTP 403 for the request, even though
it's happy with the request from elsewhere.
