When a connection is shared (through using a sharing profile or accessing an
active connection as an admin), the mouse position displayed in the connection
is not updated continuously with mouse movement. Instead, observers on the
connection see the mouse move only when a frame is flushed or when a large
number of mouse movements have accumulated.
