I'm using Guacamole to bridge network boundaries and expose SSH-based
configuration endpoints for network devices. When attempting to connect to a
Cisco ASR-9902 router, the connection fails. I'll attach a screenshot of the
logs from the failed attempt below.
My initial suspicion was a missing cypher, but after building and deploying
commit 772a65a3334f7ded6d43cbe5e2ed347040a1fb52, I was able to rule that out
(the cypher has been added since 1.6.0).
I run guacamole on a RHEL server, using Podman to run the container images
*Workaround*
Connecting via SSH to an intermediate host and opening a session to the
ASR-9902 from there works without issue.
I'm happy to provide additional information or run further diagnostics to help
narrow this down.
