1. The root directory that will be defined as the table’s path in CREATE
EXTERNAL TABLE DDL
2. A template will be of the form to reflect the partition directory structure
and the table will have additional fields that will correspond to the template.
All fields in the template must appear in the table columns
In this text partition profile, we only supports "=" filter pushdown
