1. *pip* is platform independent. If you can't search *psi* library out, please
install it using command like: +sudo pip using PSI --index

2. According to your pasted info above, it seems that you have a old HAWQ
version installed(in latest version we delete *gpstart*, instead we use *hawq
init cluster*). If it is not convenient for you to upgrade HAWQ, could you
attach the detailed info in
*/var/lib/hawq/hawqAdminLogs/hawq_start_20160412.log*?
