I recommend to move these three lines of code into `def __init__(self,
options, table, utility_conn, conn, failure_handler)`, the same with
`self.srcfiles` and `self.dstfiles`. @wcl14 can you do this modification
together into https://github.com/apache/incubator-hawq/pull/955? Thanks.
