Description:
Currently slf4j 1.6.4 is in 0.95 pom.xml
slf4j only appears in thrift and thrift2 imports.
slf4j should be removed from imports and pom.xml

Currently we use 1.6.4 for 0.95
We should upgrade to version 1.7
