Why this removal from RpcClient:

UserGroupInformation ticket = remoteId.getTicket().getUGI();

Is it because whole notion of 'effective user' has been undone by this patch?  
Do we need to purge from remoteId?  The ticket stuff?  or that is needed still 
for secure connection?
