bq. was thinking at a strip down version of the patch for 94, due to the
separate security module. with the FsTokenDelegation class embedded into the
Export, as the LoadIncrementalHFile is doing (see 94-v0.patch)
This is a backport.
Can we resolve this issue after commit of addendum to trunk, 0.98, and 0.96,
and open a new JIRA for a backport?
