Enhance hbck with snapshot and diff capability

One desirable feature for hbck is snapshot.
hbck found 650 inconsistencies for 0.90.3 in our staging cluster. I upgraded to
0.90.4
It would be nice if I can take snapshot of the inconsistencies so that I can
detect new problems (delta) after we run 0.90.4 for some time using the diff
capability.
