Resolution: Fixed
Release Note: HFileV3 is written by default from here on out. HFileV3 adds
support for tags. You cannot rolling upgrade from 0.96 to 0.99. You must go
first to 0.98 which has support for hfile v3 files and then to 0.99. (was: You
