Laundry list of changes:
* added to 'no reducer' sub-section in performance chapter that it doesn't
apply when doing summarization and when the reducer doing the writing.
* new sub-section in config section about manually managed major compactions.
we never actually had that anywhere in the book, although everybody does it.
* arch/client - new sub-section of htablepool for high-concurrency situations.
* sub-section under 'supported datatypes' for counters (although people use
this feature a lot, it's not in any of the docs)
* fixed typo in arch/client (changed -ROOT to -ROOT-)
* added more in developing hbase section (more on code-style, added a codelines
sub-section, and a few other nits).
