Release Note:
Added an additional option to IntegrationTestBase class to enable specifying
chaos monkey properties. If the properties file is not specified, the monkeys
will default to existing values. The new usage looks like the following:
Usage: bin/hbase <sub_class_of_IntegrationTestBase> <options>
Options: -h,--help Show usage
-m,--monkey <arg> Which chaos monkey to run
-monkeyProps <arg> chaos monkey properties file
-ncc Option to not clean up the cluster at the end.
