Ya.. In fact even in HBASE-11591 also there was no use case of using
HfileOutputformat. That is what is my doubt. How should LoadIncrementalHFiles
be used? As I said this patch solves this problem also by changing how to
identify if a file is bulk loaded or not by checking if the file name has this
seq id in the file name. Should we try to add the meta data some way or this
type of check is enough.
