[~lhofhansl] I'll do it boss. I'll do it in context. I have tight loop test
already (on tail of TestTimeRangeTracker). My thinking now is to just undo any
tie between min and max and let them run free. At read time do the ensuring
they have been initialized properly. I'll be back.
