Thanks Alicia. Sorry, you have to change the default in
hbase-common/src/main/resources/hbase-default.xml as well. That takes
precedence over the one in code.
When Configuration. getDouble(String key, double defaultValue) is called, it
will respond from the value in hbase-site.xml first, if not found
hbase-default.xml second. If both does not contain it will default to the
defaultValue passed.
