Well, it does _not_ lool lovely. The main issue, i.e. that the hierarchy is
stuffed (see the middle part of our conversation above) is not fixed. There
should not be 140+ sections listed in the final document. This is caused by the
major section heading not counted and all subsection being promoted to the
major level. Needs fixing. Either reopen or create new issue?
