This is great finding.
bq. + 4 seconds to recover lease. We need to fix.
Expected recover lease time is at least 1 or 2 secs, due to the DN heartbeat
interval I think. I think we should add NN -> DN direct communication for
improving on this which is a major change in hdfs.
