Something like {{MasterChores}}, and then we can define sub-messages within
such as Balancer, table reshape and other chores?
Looking at the existing Master protos, we have {{IsCatalogJanitorEnabled}}
already. Maybe we could consider a single RPC that combines related stuff into
one call long term? If at least one old call is there already, there will be
some lifetime attached to them. I'll have to see how this looks -- would
probably give a better feeling for how it'd operate.
