Bq.call cell.done/release when it is dumped at RPC
The issue is there is no guarentee that a cell, created from hfileblock will
reach thia rpc layer. What if it was version expired or ttl expired. We can
make sure to call it before discarding cell. What if it is filtered by a
filter. I would say this will add all complexity and and chances of we missinh
this done call
