Testcase failed calculate hitCount of cacheStats after regionServer do 
Compaction

I check the code of compaction,  and found that the compaction will use scanner 
with no blockcache flag, and I will check this flag before read block from 
BlockCache
So as new logic, the hitcount will be two after compaction.  And I think during 
compaction, scan request will not use blockcache.

So i think the expectedBlockHits should be two in testcase
