My apologies that neither of my emailed comments came to this ticket. Also that
my notes in the velocity templates didn't make it more obvious that the issue
was a need to update supplemental models.
I'd like to find a way to fail the build with a meaningful message when a
license is missing so we don't slide so far again. Maybe use a property to
determine if it's a failure condition and the set it to true on Jenkins and in
the release profile?
