Understood. The keys are not 'fake' though, right? They are actually 'real' 
Cells. Since you 'FirstOnRow' in names like FirstOnRowColFakeCell, the 'Fake' 
seems redundant as a signifier that this key is 'unusual' -- 'FirstOnRow' is 
sufficient (We've already talked up how these compound names need a little 
pruning).
