I reviewed the Types code in [~apurtell] comment. My only concern is
SimplePositionedByteRange. I would rather not create one on ever call to
encode. So I'm thinking about using ThreadLocal.
Does anyone have any better solutions?
In the mean time I will make a patch with the Type code and a ThreadLocal
