This seems fine. We already create table schema and modify it with POST or PUT
to /<table>/schema. Adding the ability to define namespaces is missing in that
respect. REST predated namespaces. There are some minor formatting issues with
the patch, missing spaces between keywords and open braces, missing spaces
between 'if' and conditional expression, and such, nothing major. Nice
contribution. Let's get it in.
