I ran the 4 failed tests reported by HadoopQA on MacBook and they all passed.
More importantly
https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-HBASE-Build/87//testReport/org.apache.hadoop.hbase.master/TestDistributedLogSplitting/testOrphanLogCreation/
doesn't show NPE.
I think 4528-trunk-v9.txt should be good to go.
