I don't mind exploring Gitbook. I think it would be a pretty easy port, and it
would probably be easy to maintain. The problem is that it is tied very
strongly to Github, and Github is not our primary source of truth. I think we'd
have to publish to Gitbook and somehow get a static site out of it to use on
apache.org. What do you think, [~stack]?
