bq.float expiredRatio = largeAndExpiredFileSizeSum / allFileSizeSum;
This will always result in expiredRatio = 0
U have to typecast any of the operand to float
This should work
bq.float expiredRatio = (float)largeAndExpiredFileSizeSum / allFileSizeSum;
