OK I get it now... It's doing the right thing. HConstants.OLDEST_TIMESTAMP, 
Type.Minimum.getCode() produces the _last_ KV for the current row.

But note that that would still be the Cell _right before_ the nextIndexedKey 
(since that is the first key of the _next_ block), and hence we'll need to 
check the next one and overshoop by one Cell (and hence load the next block).

Instead of the first key of the next block, what we'd really want is the last 
key of the current block to compare against - but we do not have that readily 
available.
