Would be cool if NN spread replicas over the cluster. Would like to see dump of
DNs chosen when in multiWAL set up to check for overlaps. If we have an
existing WAL pipeline, can we pass the DN participants as excluded when NN goes
to make up the next pipeline?
Trying to ensure writes get spread about the cluster or at least have insight
on how well stuff is being spread about when multiwal setup.
