Patch that adds test that verifies setting PREFETCH_BLOCKS_ON_OPEN_KEY on
HColumnDescriptor works.
Also tidies up logging of prefetch making it say 'prefetch' so you know it
responsible and then tries to say what CacheConfig creation goes with which
column family which helps debugging this stuff.
I manually tested 1.3 and 1.2 branches. Will try master...
