The stuff in the package version talks about {{x-protobuf}} as a valid
{{Accept}} header in several places, and the book talked about it in only for
"put multiple values". After the change, we don't seem to talk about it at all.
Can we add it generally to the top, or if it doesn't work in all contexts just
on those endpoints where it does work?
