We have a user channel on Slack at [http://apache-hbase.slack.com], but no
reference to it in the [Getting Involved
section|https://hbase.apache.org/book.html#getting.involved] of our ref guide.
We should fix that and probably note that new users who want access and don't
have an {{apache.org}} email address should request an invite by emailing
[dev@|mailto:d...@hbase.apache.org].
