Some explanation of the fix: change the logic to get a sequence from the ring 
buffer first before initializing {{zigzagLatch}} in {{doReplaceWriter}}, and 
since disruptor deals with the events one by one following the sequence, as 
long as the we get the sequence in doReplaceWriter, the latter sync publish 
won't get stuck. Meanwhile, the {{ringBufferEventHandler}} won't go into 
{{zigzagLatch#safePointAttained}} if {{zigzagLatch}} is not initialized, so 
this consumer of the ring buffer won't get suck, and we will get the sequence 
in {{doReplaceWriter}} sooner or later even if ring buffer filled with appends. 
This way no deadlock will happen.
