* the scan example had a comment like "start key != stop key". Broke this into
2 comments in the example, indicating that the start key was inclusive, and the
stop key was exclusive
troubleshooting.xml
* adding "you thought you were on the cluster, but you're actually local"
example in a new MapReduce section in the troubleshooting chapter. Came up in
dist-list recently.
