PayloadCarryingRpcController is indeed a pain (Weird sidenote is that I just
discovered, it is not always present). [~Apache9] sleeping at mo. [~jurmous] So
you think do his suggestion of a callback on Call on the implementation we get
back from the createProtobufRpcChannel call?
