stack updated HBASE-17160: -------------------------- Attachment: untangled_hbase.png Picture of what stuff is like after addendum goes in. TODO is visibility labels and ByteStringer. These require module dependencies we might be able to undo. Now our hierarchy is flatter. Up top is hbase-examples which depends on loads of stuff. Then next tier is client stuff (thrift, rest, endpoints, spark), then at the heart, hbase-server. Below this are client, compat, procedure, prefix and then hbase-protocol* and hbase-common. At the base are the annotations that all use. This ain't too bad. Will work on the rest in new issue. > Undo unnecessary inter-module dependency; spark to hbase-it and hbase-it to > shell > --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: HBASE-17160 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-17160 > Project: HBase > Issue Type: Bug > Reporter: stack > Assignee: stack > Priority: Minor > Fix For: 2.0.0 > > Attachments: HBASE-17160.master.001.patch, > HBASE-17160.master.002.patch, hbase.png, minor_hbase.png, untangled_hbase.png > > > Very minor untangling. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.3.4#6332)
