Duplicated tags I had found the problem already for sure. But did not expect 
the tags to grow in length because in KV construction we already had a check to 
see if tags is greater than Tag.MAXLEN. So here it is Short overflow, so even 
that check would have been bypassed.
Also we need fix in Storefile etc also if this negative overflow happens.
