bq.5. ChunkCreator is asked to translate chunk ID 5, but returns null...
when the cell is in use for any reason then we should not be returning that
back to pool right? so chunkCreator should be knowing the chunkId.
At step 3 the chunkId Map in chunkCreator should be having the id for that
chunk. Why do you think chunkCreator will return null?
