Description: Branch-1 has HBASE-17437. When hbase.wal.dir is specified,
hbase.version file is created under both hbase.rootdir and hbase.wal.dir. The
master branch does not has the same issue (was: Branch-1 has HBASE-17437. When
hbase.wal.dir is specified, hbase.version file is created under both
hbase.rootdir and hbase.wal.dir)
