Took a look at patch. Looks good.
We still need TagUtil?
Should CPs know about CellBuilder types?
public ExtendedCellBuilder getCellBuilder(CellBuilderType type) {
Could the CPEnv know what type to return? i.e. if context is offheap
read/write, then offheap Cell?
